So someone can take any extension with the same name, or register misspelled domains, writing clinica as cl1n1c4delprofessore. People don't notice; they read “clinica” and click.
A single 1 in place of an ‘i’ is enough, and people fall for these mistakes. All the look-alike sites, misspelled or not, are caught by this intelligence, which raises the alarm straight away.
