What the annual renewal includes:
· Public profile kept active and accessible via QR code and permanent URL for another full year
· Infrastructure for adding new certified show and competition results (priced separately by certification speed)
· Secure storage of all previously certified documents — accessible 24 hours a day, every day of the year
· Integrity monitoring: any attempt to access or modify certified documents is detected and logged
· Compliance maintenance under SOC 2 Type 2, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and GDPR standards
